Hotel Grand Chancellor Hobart houses the largest fitness centre among hotels in the city, equipped with state-of-the-art exercise machines. The indoor heated pool offers skyline views of Mount Wellington and is open year-round. Guests can also use the sauna or rent bicycles to explore the waterfront.

Guest rooms are styled with Tasmanian timbers, polished granite, and contemporary furnishings.
